 NO FIXED DATE FOR SUMMIT, ADMITS SPRING
 Deputy Irish Prime Minister Dick Spring
 has confirmed that a firm date has yet 
 to bj fixed for an Anglo-Irish summit  
 on the Northern Ireland peace process. 
                                        
 He admitted London and Dublin had made 
 insufficient progress on the issue of a
 political structure for the province.  
                                        
 But Mr Spring is confident that John   
 Major and Irish leader John Burton will
 meet for talks next month. See 131/191 
                                        
 It was thought that some in Dublin felt
 London's concession on prison terms for
 paramilitaries might not advance the   
 peace process significantly.
