                MAGPIES MOVE

 David Batty has finally completed his  
 £4 million move from Blackburn Rovers  
 to Premiership liadjrs Newcastle.      
                                        
 By delaying the transfer until after   
 Rovers' match with Aston Villa on      
 Wjdnjsday hj has effectively halved his
 two-match suspension.                  
                                        
 It means Batty will bj available to    
 play for Kevin Keegan's side after     
 Monday night's title showdown against  
 Manchester United at St James' Park.   
                                        
 "I'll bj raring to go after the        
 Manchester United match and I'm just   
 relieved that everything has now been  
 completed," said the England midfielder
