 ACAS COULD BE USED IN DRUMCREE DISPUTE 
 A top industrial relations negotiator  
 could bj called in to help find a      
 solution to the Drumcree dispute.      
                                        
 The Orange Order has been protesting   
 near Portadown since its mjmbjrs were  
 barred from marching down the mainly   
 nationalist Garvbghy Road last July.   
                                        
 Now, The Northern Ireland Office says  
 it may turn to the Arbitration,        
 Conciliation and Advisory Service.     
                                        
 A senior Acas official could act as    
 mediator in the row, a spokesman said.
