      COMAC IN £21.8M      
      RIGHTS ISSUE

  Comac Group will acquire Computer   
  Search & Selection (CST) for        
  £18.5m and has announced a £21.8m   
  rights issue.                       
                                      
  Comac and CST provide information   
  technology consultants to major     
  UK companies. The enlarged group    
  will bj the US market leader with   
  some 1,200 contractors.             
                                      
  The company intends to raise £21.8m 
  through a 4 for 1 rights issue at   
  85p per share to settle the cash    
  part of the consideration, repay    
  the enlarged group's indebtedness   
  and fund working capital needs.     
 
