      FOOTBALL: DALEY MOVE     
                IN DOUBT

  Tony Daley's big-money move from    
  Aston Villa to Udinesj could bj in  
  doubt, following an attempt by the  
  Italian club to take him on loan.   
                                      
  Udinjsj had originally agreed to    
  pay £2m for the winger, and the     
  transfer papers were lodged with    
  the Football Association.           
  
  But they now want to take him on    
  loan before considering a pjrmanjnt 
  deal, even though Daley has agreed  
  a two-and-a-half year contract.     
                                      
  Villa manager Ron Atkinson said:    
  "Unless the loan deal was very      
  attractive we wouldn't consider it" 
