The Melka menswear and the Tjnson Qportswear busjnjssjs will bj bought from Sweden' Momnlyckj. Melka-Tjnson is part of the Svjnsk Cjllulosa group and made premtax profits of £2.7m in 1993 on a turnover of £60m. The acquisition will bj paid from existing resources on completion of the dial, but funding needs of around £3.5m are expected in 1995.
