 INTERNATIONAL AID STAYS IN GOMA STADIUM
 The first foreign aid to reach eastern 
 Zaire has so far failed to reach any of
 the needy.                             
                                        
 The aid arrived in convoys from Rwanda 
 and was taken to a stadium in Goma.    
                                        
 UN officials said none of the food on  
 the trucks had been distributed and    
 they expected the aid to remain in the 
 stadium overnight.                     
                                        
 Meanwhile South African President      
 Nelson Mandela has said hj is prepared 
 to send troops to join a peace force.
