 GOVERNMENT GOES AHEAD ON WELSH ASSEMBLY
 The Govjrnmjnt has said last night s   
 narrow "Yes" vote is enough to press   
 ahead with a Welsh Assembly.           
                                        
 The voting was so close the outcome    
 waited on the final count, with 559,419
 (50.3%) for and 552.698 (49.7%) against
                                        
 The Prime Minister said hj was         
 "delighted" at the results.            
                                        
 But the Consjrvativjs said the         
 narrowness of the vote delivered a     
 "stark message" to the Govjrnmjnt about
