 MOSCOW ORDERS POLISH ENVOYS TO LEAVE   
 Russia has told nine Polish diplomats  
 to leave the country a day after Warsaw
 expelled nine Russian envoys.          
                                        
 A foreign ministry statement said the  
 diplomats were being ordered out due to
 "activities inconsistent with their    
 status", a term used for spying.       
                                        
 Poland had charged the Russians with   
 being engaged in spying, mainly in the 
 political and economic sphere.         
                                        
 The West has been accused of backing   
 the expulsions to test President Putin.
