 RUSSIA INVITES NATO CHIEF TO DISCUSSION
 The Russians have invited Nato         
 secretary-general George Robertson to  
 Moscow in a bid to improve relations.  
                                        
 Germany's foreign minister said after  
 seeing acting President Putin that Lord
 Robertson will go to Moscow in February
                                        
 And Russian reports say Moscow is keep 
 to restore full relations with Nato,   
 frozen during the bombing of Yugoslavia
                                        
 But a Nato official said in Brussels   
 the trip depended on "preparations
