 IRISH FOREIGN MINISTER SET TO STEP DOWN
 A politican at the heart of peace      
 negotiations on Northern Ireland is to 
 retire from the Dublin cabinet.        
                                        
 "Now is an opportune time" to step     
 down, Irish foreign minister David     
 Andrews, 64, said.                     
                                        
 He said last year that he would not be 
 contesting the next general election — 
 he has sat for Dun Laoghaire since 1965
                                        
 Of the Good Friday agreement he said:  
 "Its achievement has given me huge     
 personal fulfilment."
