 NO RIGHTS VOW FROM EUROTUNNEL          
                                        
 Eurotunnel has dampened down fears that
 it will need to raise more money       
 through another rights issue.          
                                        
 Co-chairman Sir Alastair Mouton told   
 the annual meeting there were "no      
 intentions" to raise additional equity 
 to save the Channel tunnel company.    
                                        
 However, he stressed the importance of 
 reducing debts and interest charges at 
 the £10bn project.
