 CORDIANT LAUNCHES £127m CASH CALL      
                                        
 Former Saatchi advertising agency      
 Cordiant has launched a £127m cash call
 to help tackle its debts.              
                                        
 Cordiant, which said its debts stood at
 £138m, is still trying to recover from 
 a "turbulent" year in which founder    
 Maurice Saatchi was ousted.            
                                        
 The agency has already shed 470 jobs   
 and hinted that more job losses were on
 the way.
