 PROFITS WARNING AT US SAFETY           
                                        
 Boot maker US Safety has warned about a
 substantial drop in profits this year  
 after sales fell by more than 10%      
                                        
 Sales for the first nine months to     
 September dropped by £2.8m to £20m, the
 Bristol-based company said.            
                                        
 Poor stock availability,               
 rationalisation of brands and the      
 unseasonably mild weather conditions   
 were to blame, it added.
