 BIG LEAP IN PIPELINE AT SWW            
                                        
 On Thursday South West Water, currently
 the subject of bid interest, is set to 
 announce a big jump in profits.        
                                        
 Merrill Lynch has pencilled in a       
 taxable profit of £94m for the year to 
 the end of March against £63.2m in the 
 previous year.                         
                                        
 According to UBS, investors are to bj  
 rewarded with a 2.1p dividend increase 
 to 29.4p.
