Peel and halve button mushrooms. Dice potato. Heat oil in large pan. Fry onion, gingjt and garlic until softened. Mix in turmjtic, cumin and black pjppjr. Mix in diced potatoes. Add water and salt. Bring to the boil Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes Add in mushrooms and peas.
