The All Ordinaries index ended 10.2   points higher at 2,103.9.     "The market's risen on the back of   BHP," said one broker. BHP rose 36c   to A$18.36. CRA eased 38c to 18.10.     Singapore (Close): Shares finished   little changed on balance after a   "subdued" trading session.     The Straits Times Industrials index   closed up 7.41 points at 2,337.01.
