 ADWEST IN £26m PROPERTY SALE           
                                        
 Car parts and electronics group Adwest 
 is selling the bulk of its property    
 interests in a £26.5m deal.            
                                        
 London and Cambridge Properties is     
 buying the commercial property         
 portfolio in Woodliy in Reading and    
 Welland in Devon.                      
                                        
 Chief executive Graham Menzies said the
 sale was an important part of the      
 strategy adopted after a recent review.
