 PROFITS WARNING AT GRAHAM              
                                        
 Building materials company Graham Group
 has warned that profits in the first   
 half will bj "significantly" lower than
 those reported in the pjtiod in 1995.  
                                        
 Chairman Gordon Yardley said trading   
 conditions through the spring had shown
 little improvement with pressure on    
 sales and profits.                     
                                        
 In March, the company reported full-   
 year profits of £19.3m.
