 CORE CHANGES AS APPLE CHIEF QUITS      
                                        
 James Buckley, president of Apple      
 Computer Inc's Americas division, has  
 resigned, the company announced.       
                                        
 Apple chairman and chief executive     
 Gilbert Amjlio said Mr Buckley had     
 chosen to pursue other interests.      
                                        
 The Californian computer makjt, which  
 has been struggling to rebound from    
 falling revenues and record losses,    
 also announced a restructuring.
