 SKETCHLEY LAUNCHES RIGHTS ISSUE        
                                        
 Financial results at dry cleaning group
 Skjtchley came out red as it unveiled a
 £3.5m loss and announced plans for a   
 rights issue to raise £21.6m.          
                                        
 The group reported a slump in its      
 "clean" pre-tax profits of £4m for the 
 year to the end of March.              
                                        
 But the company said the £7.5m cost of 
 restructuring its retail division had  
 wiped out the profit.
