 TREASURY WELCOMES HOUSING BOOST        
                                        
 The Treasury said a rise in Novjmbjt   
 housing starts, completions and sales  
 showed an all round improvement in the 
 homes market.                          
                                        
 Economic secretary Angela Knight said: 
 "Forty per-cent more new homes are     
 going up now than this time last year."
                                        
 Official data showed housing starts    
 rose 15% on a seasonally adjusted basis
 in the three months to Novjmbjr.
